TO APPLY FOR A SPECIALTY DEALERSHIP
We must have the following documentations on file to qualify you for a Dealership:
• Specialty Account Application
• Dealership Agreement Signed
An Opening Order Minimum is required.
All Specialty accounts must be approved by Senior Management Dealerships will be set up at the discretion of English Riding Supply, Inc.
English Riding Supply reserves the right to provide only specific products at wholesale to sell on your webpage.
English Riding Supply reserves the right to close any dealership without any notice or change the dealership type.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
Via the web commodities.englishridingsupply.com Website Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed as a new order the next business day.
Daily orders placed will ship from our warehouse on an average of 24 to 48 business hours after the order is placed. Shipping may vary during the busy seasons. We do not guarantee shipment dates unless it is an air order.
We reserve the right to process future dated orders or Booking orders up to 3 business days before or after your requested date depending on the volume of new orders in the warehouse. Air orders will be sent out the following day if the order is placed by 4:30 pm eastern/standard time Monday-Friday.
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS
Opening Orders must be prepaid via a credit card or money order in advance
• Credit Card in Advance
A $30.00 fee is charged for bank wires or transfers
All invoices, credit memos, order confirmations and statements will be automatically sent via email or fax depending on your paperless set up. To receive a copy of your backorders/future shipments you must request them to be sent via fax or email to you by contacting customer service.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
• American Express
A Blanket Credit Card Authorization form is required to authorize us to charge your card. Credit card orders will be authorized for the available amount plus 25% for ground shipments and 50% for air shipments to cover freight costs. The card will only be charged for the actual items shipping and the actual freight costs.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, this includes backorders and future dated orders. Orders with special pricing must be pre-approved by management and be on a written purchase order.
Wholesale Pricing will be given on the product line(s) approved to purchase. All other pricing will be at MSRP.
• All returns must follow the complete returns policy, which is under separate cover from these Terms and Conditions.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, they will be refused at the door.
• ERS will not accept return merchandise or phone calls from your customers.
• Refund checks or refunds to credit cards will not be issued for any reason. An English Riding Supply credit will be issued for you to use if you do not have a past due balance.
Merchandise can be exchanged for credit only.
We reserve the right to ship merchandise by the carrier of our choosing. We cannot use your UPS or Fed Ex accounts for shipping. We will ship via the most economical, efficient means of transportation for your business. All freight is FOB Scranton, PA.
Seasonal orders and Special orders can not be cancelled. Cancellation of more then two or three products must be in writing; you can email the cancellation to your Customer Service Representative or fax to our general fax number. Backorder notices are sent with your monthly statements. Backorders will be shipped once they reach the $50.00 minimum.
